Participants of the YMCA Theater of Ukraine program have a unique opportunity to show and develop their talent and creative abilities. They prepare various performances on social topics, participate in Ukrainian and international theater festivals, trainings, competitions and events, share experiences and create their own little masterpieces.
Theatrical initiative “Game in us“, aimed at achieving emotional and spiritual unity through art-therapeutic practices. The project involves internally displaced persons and local residents of Lviv, which helps prevent conflicts in the community.
As a result of training in acting skills and with the help of professional actors-coaches, the participants staged joint theatrical performances “Labyrinth” and “21.Naked Voice” on the stage of the theater. Lesya Kurbas in Lviv.
ART-Playback Festival “Together” is a kind of modern improvisational theater, in which actors and spectators together show stories based on the plot and their own experience of solving such situations.
The main idea of the Festival: “We are different, but we are together” is to create a safe space for people of different ages, genders, nationalities, religious denominations, who will have the opportunity to express themselves, to create theatrical art products based on individual and collective experiences.
