Emotions determine the quality of our lives. They can save our lives and they can harm us.
One of the signs of mental health is a developed emotional intelligence.
We talked about it at the training within the project “Returning to active life” Back to active life with the support of the European Youth Foundation Council of Europe / EYF CoE
This time Anna Cheverdakova conducted a training on the definition and management of emotions. Emphasis was placed on the emotions of anger and aggression – because they can be the most destructive to human relationships.
Particular attention was paid to the development of anger and irritation as emotions most common among young people that prevent them from living happily and achieving goals.
