Within the framework of the International Project “Back to active life: fighting Covid-19 challenges”, which the YMCA of Ukraine implements in partnership with the YMCA Europe “Roots for Peace” Program, Yuriy Belyi (YMCA Zaporozhye) conducted 2 online trainings:

1. “Preparing for the interview”;
2. “Secrets of a Successful Presentation”.

Within the framework of the training “Preparing for an Interview” such elements as the process of preparing for an interview and direct effective communication with employers were considered. The participants, analyzing practical examples, came to conclusion, that uncertainty with their own goals, reasons and opportunities complicates the employment process. When entering the labor market, it is advisable to give yourself an answer to the question: “Who do I want and who can I work?”, “Where to work?”, “For what payment?”, “How to find a potential employer?”, “How to get a job?” … This approach to job search is effective!
At the “Secrets of Successful Presentation” training, its participants learned how to effectively conduct self-presentation at an interview with an employer, which is the main method of evaluating and selecting candidates when applying for a job.
